About Ngwebifor attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Science leaving after the completion of 11th to begin her freshmen year at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious and Philosophical Studies from Fisk in 1998.
Ngwebifor began her career in marketing and public relations by interning in the promotions department of the local radio station, working as a street team member for record companies and working for event production firms. With a proficient skill of putting her client in the forefront of their particular industry,
Ngwebifors client base ranges from entertainers and athletes to health care professionals and non-profit organizations.
Her superior communication skills, the ability to prepare and deliver effective results, and a proven commitment to first-rate customer service and satisfaction is what makes her one of the most sought after marketing and fundraising partners.
Ngwebifor was appointed as a Cultural Arts Commissioner in the Carson, California in 2009.
As a Commissioner, she was responsible for advising the city council on the planning and developing of cultural enrichment programs and activities which promoted interest, understanding and participation in all fields of the arts for the city of Carson.
