At C3 it is our mission in Cwmbran to reach the 3 U'sUNCHURCHED; We understand that there are many reasons why people don't regularly attend church. For some, they have been hurt, disillusioned and disappointed with church. Others feel like they have 'outgrown' the practice of attending church or it just doesn't fit into the busy schedule of life. Still others are bored with the music, the preaching and the out of touch and out of date approach of the church. C3 has heard what is being said and is taking seriously the task of overcoming those obstacles.UNCHALLENGED; We also realise that some sincere lovers of God have simply been unchallenged to move on in their spiritual journey and therefore have been left with a form of religion rather than a passionate life changing relationship. C3 embraces the effort of challenging these people to continue the journey of faith and to become mature disciples who go beyond the milk of spiritual babyhood to the meat of greater insight and service.UNCOMMITTED; While we live in a so called 'Christian Country' the reality is that many individuals have had some exposure to the message of Christianity and may have attended church without ever having made a committment to Christ. C3 believes that Jesus is still calling men, women, young people and children from all nations to 'Follow Him'. To follow Him means leaving behind the old life of sin and selfcentredness and committing our faith solely to Him and His redeeming work on the cross. Our goal at C3 is to provide the tools and practical example so that every believer in our church can become a fully devoted follower of Christ.

The Leadership of C3 comprises of three couples. Elwyn and Helen Phillips, Ian and Elaine Warner, Neil and Cayte McCarthy. Elwyn and Helen have been married for thirty years and have two daughters, two grandsons and a granddaughter. Elwyn and Helen travel extensively throughout the world in ministry. Ian and Elaine have been married for over twenty years and have one son and one daughter. Ian works as a sales engineer for a large mulit national company and Elaine works in the teaching and development of childcare provision and also lectures in college on that subject. Neil and Cayte have been married for just under a year. Neil works in retail management for a national company and Cayte is a secondary school teacher. Together we work to bring about the extension of the Kingdom and the progression of the C3 fellowship.
