Ordinary is the latest release from Welsh songwriter and full-time pessimist Ewan Jones, whose primary interests are God, horror films, hats and real ale. Grace and failure are the underlying themes in the song-writing, and it frames honest reflections about the disappointments of vulnerable people just trying to live their lives and figure stuff out. With touches of alt-rock, funk and folk, Ordinary has been described as Jones' most accomplished record to date with songs far from the ordinary.
