Qualifications:
•Must have and maintain a minimum 2.25 GPA
•Must have lived on campus at least 1 semester*
*Preferred but not required
•Must have personal qualities of maturity, initiative, creativity, enthusiasm & integrity
•Must have sincere interest in working with students
•Must have willingness to accept significant responsibility
•Must be a full time student in good standing (12 credit hours with no disciplinary or financial obligations with the University)
Time Commitments:
•Weekly staff meeting
•Weekly one-on-one with your Resident Director
•3-4 programs each semester
•Create a bulletin board monthly
•Commitment to be on duty at least 1 night a week
•Commitment to work selected weekends
•Additional tasks as required (roommate counseling, respond to emergencies, holiday duty, special University events, etc)
•Must live in the residence hall in assigned space
•First to arrive, last to leave
•This is a 24/7 job
