About Soulfege

Soulfege was formed in 2002-2003 by Lisa Oliveri '04, a transfer from Boston University. Because BU was practically overflowing with a cappella groups of all kinds, Lisa was disappointed to find out that there were no coed a cappella groups at Lafayette so, she started her own, beginning with just ten members. Our numbers and popularity have grown over the years due to her amazing efforts. Soulfege has performed with a variety of other college groups, including Duke's Pitchforks, Temple University's AChoired Taste,Elizabethtown's VocAlign, TCNJ'S Trentones, Muhlenberg's Dynamics, Dickinson's Octals, and many more over the years.Soulfege is currently recording tracks for an album, scheduled to be released within the next year.members
