The program is designed to help students create a stepladder to successs by living one day in the ife of a successful career profession, entrepreneur, and student. Our desire is to give students the opportunity to make thier dreams visibly realistic and attainable by following six clear steps: perseverance, education, career, creativity, income, and community. Perseverance is the key to reach each step. Students learn that once a career is established being creative in that career could lead to a higher income and a choice on where to live. Students will discover how the choices they make today will affect their paths tomorrow.
