The deposit is non-refundable and is one half the cost of the facility rental fee. The other half of the rental fee is due twenty days before the day of your event., You get a total of (7) hours for your event. You get (2) hours for decoration and five hours for your event. If you need additional time our staff can work with you.ligula. Can I bring my own food into the facility? Yes, we allow our customers to bring their own food into the facility or hire their own catering service. An "outside vendor fee" will apply to catering services not in our network. What is the seating capacity of your facility? Our facility have 6000 square feet of operating space. The seating capacity largely depends on the set-up of the number of tables.Tables take up the majority of the floor space for any event. Our Ball Room can sit roughly 150 guest at round banquet tables. The arena style seating capacity is about 250. Guest standing capacity is about 300-350.Can I bring alcohol into the facility? You may bring alcohol into the facility. You are solely responsible for monitoring the dispersement of alcoholic beverages.
