Saulsbury Tennesse was the next stop. I was very ready to win and ride. The track was very nasty looking, and i was ready to play. I got the holeshot and managed to inch my way ahead. I was feeling very good, and my riding was showing. I worked my way up to about 3rd overall in time. On into the race my bike wasnt feeling right. Eventually she gave out. The clutches fried and nothing could make it even feel like it was trying to grab. I walked out of the woods and to the truck very disapointed. Even though it couldve been a victory, theres always tomorrow. All you can do is train and ride to perfect yourself and be ready for the next one.

I made a stop at Round 3 of the Winter OMA Nationals. The track was very muddy and slick with constant rain for 2 days and even a massive down pour while we were racing. This was my first Pro class race, and I was very excited. I got off to a second place start right behind Dustin Gibson. I managed to keep within distance from him and keep his pace. We entered the newely cut trail of the track and i made a small bobble which ended up jamming my front brake and took 5 minutes to get it able to ride. I was very disapointed. My Pro Debut and right off bad luck drops on me. I went out and rode for the practice.

The next round of MSWS in Maplesville alabama was looking very sweet. The track was golden and I rode at the local MX track (which was golden) and was ready for the next day to race. I was feeling very sick on race day. I started off 2nd and was making mistakes left and right. 1st place was just easing ahead bit by bit, and all I was doing was trying to stable myself out and finish with some points. I managed to finish 2nd, but my riding was very disapointing. I crashed hard more times than i turned perfect. I was sick with the swine flu and was ready to win a race.
12-6-09
After missing the last 3 rounds, i knew i had to come back strong. With only riding a week prior, i put my head up and did what i knew i was capable of. I got off to a 2nd place start and eased into 1st. Me and 2nd place Chris Douglas put on a good ride. We eased away from everyone else by quite a bit. I came in for a pit stop on about my 4th or 5th lap. More than half way through the race, i knew that all i needed to do was be steady for the victory. As soon as i took off from getting gas, my quick fill cap got flung off and stuck in my forks enabling me to steer. I was headed down a down hill with a right handed turn. I went straight into the trees injuring my back and making my bike not start and cracking the radiators. I headed to the truck bruised and battered to just set my sights on the next round.
10-12-09
After the first round of the MSWS, it was back to training. I was riding motocross on my 450 and I overshot a nice big triple. I overshot by a whole lot, ending up with a broken back. I knew what was ahead of me wasnt going to be pleasant. With a first round victory and solid overall position, it was a huge let down to myself. For the next 3 months it was no riding.
9-27-09
First round of the 2009-2010 MSWS Hare Scrambles Series. 4-Stroke Light A class. Started off 4th and worked my way to the front being smart and taking my time. The track was perfect. A little rain coming into the race only left a few mud holes. I finished with a strong 1st place in my class and 5th overall.
