Mumbles Lifeguard Club is based at Caswell Bay, which is one of the Gower's most beautiful beaches. The bay is an ideal place for training as the beach offers a large sandy shore when out and the perfect sea conditons to learn a variety of skills. The bay is easy to find and it takes about five minutes to get there via car from Mumbles.

Stillwater Champs
Just to leave you know the Youth, Senior and Masters have competed for the past two days at WNPS. All age groups did brilliantly with the Youth coming first, the Seniors coming second and the Masters fourth. These positions resulted in us coming top overall and winning the Sword.
There were two very long days of competition but it has to be said that everyone who took part were an absolute credit to the club. It was a big effort by all of you without exception a massive thank you from all the coaches and committee.
Also a big thank you to the Mums and Dads who helped out either timekeeping, marshalling or helping out with the manikins.

Nipper Training
Saturday training times in Penlan Pool are changing. Nippers born 2004,2003,2002 will now swim from 4.30pm-5.15pm
Those born 2001,2000, Changes are effective from this coming week (28th January). Please remember to bring fins with you.
