January We will send out 10,000 letters to college campuses and companies across the United States giving information on how much money can be saved over a ten year time span simply by switching lights. February We will try to contact all local media to get the word out. We will also place ads on the television about our company and our goals. March As companies are started to become associated with our company and what we do we will send out a second round of letters alerting the companies that we will be holding a convention to allow the companies to send representatives to meet with our company and get estimated on prices and more information about what we do. April After we have begun getting business we will add customer testimony to our commercials. May We plan to start a new advertising campaign in which big name business people talk about the experience they had when their company switched over. June We plan on opening up an exhibit store where we will display different lights displays and give ideas on different looks a company could go with using our lighting systems. Controls We plan on checking in with all of our customers to make get data on how much energy is being saved monthly with our lighting system. Also, we will check sales before, during, and after, each of our marketing strategies. This was we know what works and what doesn’t.
