Ian and Evan Koteles are 10th Concession. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, both are self-taught singer/songwriters that have taken time from school to pursue their true calling in the world of entertainment. After performing, writing, and recording for about seven years, their music caught the ear of former Disney A&R rep. and producer, Fred Mollin. The duo then moved to Nashville where they would live and breathe songwriting for over a year. Since the completion and self-release of their album "10th Concession" in february 2009 they have self-managed themselves into heavy touring, pending contracts for digital distribution in both Canada and Japan, as well as headlining the musical movement for the Sun Coast Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Through LLS, and a number of other charitable organizations affiliated with, Ian & Evan have found that their success is best measured by the lives of those inspired by their music. Family, friends, fans, and non-believers alike have driven Ian & Evan to be where they are today and continue to motivate them to where they will be tomorrow

A little bit about Ybor:
Founded by Vicente Martinez Ybor in 1886. It was a small village that was the center for cigar manufacturing. Since then, Yboy City has boomed in the business market and has become a hotspot for Tampa night life. Ybor City is very gay friendly and has its own gay quarter known as "GaYbor". No matter if you're looking to dine, shop or party hard Ybor is the place to be!

Streetcar Charlie's first opened its doors in February of 2008. We are a Bar and Grill located in Ybor that has a variety of food, beer and alcohol!
