ABOUT
BEHIND THE LENS
I developed my love for the equine at an early age. I remember that my grandpa loved horses. He even had a few that lived next door to him. I started riding really young, and slowly started getting into showing at the age of 15. I showed hunter/jumpers for about 7 years on Long Island. In 2002 my husband and I moved upstate. I bought a new horse and fell in love with photography. So I decided to combine the two.I had to make a hard decision in the summer of 2008 and sell my crazy TB so that I could focus on nursing school. But my love for photography has continued to grow. I find that I can get my "horse fix" by doing equine photo shoots whenever possible!
