Major influenced by the 1980s and Dutch radio shows like Ferry Maat's 'Soul Show', Robin Albers' 'For Those Who Like To Groove', Adam Curry's 'Rave Radio', co-hosted by DJ Ronald Molendijk, the Spanish MAXMIX series by DJ's Jose Maria Castells and Tony Peret, the ever returning 'Grandmixes' of mastermixer Ben Liebrand and the Turn Up The Bass cd series. All this, in combination with my interest in mixing records (on vinyl and digital editing) resulted in a lot of mixed cassette tapes also known as mixtapes. If the music is good, I'll play it. From street funk, juicy disco, rap, electro, jazz, lounge, latin, house, techno, progressive to drum & bass, you'll find it here. I love cratedigging! Hope you enjoy my mixtapes...

PHOTOGRAPHY
Started taking pictures as a youngster on holidays and shortly after that I expanded my interest also to graffiti/streetart. The outcome was my large photocollection of so called old school graffiti (early and mid 1980s).
Then I founded The Dark Site HQ. (1997-2007) to expose my photocollection, interviews, specials, exhibitions and of course the history of graffiti in Holland, written by Pone INC. I was honored creating the "New York City Trains Mid 80s' website in cooperation with Cat 22 CTK and hosting by Art Crimes. Shortly after that I also created the 'Blackbook' websites for Cat 22 CTK/Pone INC and Jaz USA, also hosted by Art Crimes.
The old TDSHQ. is an archive now (what's left of it after two harddisk crashes and deleted files at my provider) but TDSHQ. 2.0 is still active. Where ever I'm travelling, camera on ready. Always into something...
