Molly Cusick began exploring the art of pottery in 2000 while attending college. She quickly fell in love with the medium and went on to be a TA for the pottery classes at Lesley College. There are several series she is working on, "pregnant with the possibilites" which includes goddesses and a variety of goddess adorned pieces, "flower of life", "flaming hearts", and "the picture platters".
Her love of the creative process and natural unfolding of the clay, shape and mold her pieces into the organic forms you find in her work.
She uses high fire clay and glazes that are safe for ovens and microwaves and all are made to be food friendly.
