If you have been injured by the action or inaction of another you should consult a qualified attorney as soon as possible. Not having a personal injury attorney can lead to problems with proving a case, obtaining fair compensation and possible issues arising from statutes of limitations.
If the party who is responsible has insurance, you should contact an attorney before giving the insurance adjuster a statement. The insurance adjuster you are dealing with will seem friendly, but at the end of the day it is their job to get you to go away with the least amount of money. The “better” adjusters receive five figure year end bonuses for doing just that. The insurance industry's own statistics concluded that those who retain lawyers to help them with their personal injury and wrongful death claims fare better than those who do not. If the insurance company (who is on the other side of the claim) thinks you are better off with an attorney, you should seriously consider getting help of your own.
We accept personal injury claims on a contingency basis. All cases are unique, so contact us for a no obligation consultation to discuss what we can do to get you the compensation you deserve.
