Michelle 's first stage appearance was when she was just 10 years old where she played Mary in the school nativity. Since then she has gone on to perform in many shows, and recently has branched out into tv and film starring in the Bollywood feature film of 2011 - "Tezz" acting alongside the likes of Anil Kapoor from Slumdog Millionaire.

Michelle started singing when she started High School and by the end of
6th form she had obtained her Grade 8 singing exam. She likes to sing anything from Musical Theatre, to Jazz but her speciality is Light Opera.
Michelle Cox is a singer and Actress based in the Midlands and London. Performing has been her passion for well over 15 years now. In Sept 2008 Michelle graduated from University with a 2:1 BA Honours Degree in Drama and Performance. As well as performing she is also a freelance director specialising in Musical Theatre for children ranging from 8-19 years old.

Short Film! - 16/01/11
So I'm very excited at the moment to be filming my first short film tomorrow. I will be playing Anna - the best friend of the guy who is falling in love with her. Really looking forward to working with some amazing people and getting some great experience!

Unplugged 2011 - 21/08/11
Yesterday I played possibly the biggest gig of my career when I was chosen as one of the 5 finalists for Beacon Radio's Unplugged 2011. I did an acoustic set of 2 songs. I had an amazing time and it was such a great experience. I didnt win unfortunately, but then I'm not an acoustic artist. But such a great stepping stone and hopefully will bring more opportunity from it.
Movie Star! - 10/11/10
Well guess where I am this week? Filming a Bollywood feature film in Birmingham and Crewe. Some massive Bollywood stars on this film so it's very exciting. I'm playing a train stewardess called Natalie. All going well on set, lots of fun.
