Hello, and welcome to ShareYourArt.org! The purpose of this website is for people to share their personal artwork with the internet world, and nothing else. I want this website to be filled with beautiful artwork from any person who wishes to share it.
Here at ShareYourArt, we don't care if your artwork is good or bad. We want your artwork to be available for people to look at and enjoy. Some people may like it, and some people may not. What really matters is that you took the time to create it, and that you are generous enough to share it with the world. Since this is a brand new website, any art submissions would be GREATLY appreciated.
To begin uploading your art to the site, please visit the ShareYourArt page.
If you find that you need some help on submitting your artwork to the site, please view the HowToUpload section.
To upload your artwork to the site, please click the red button below. After clicking, you will be directed to a page containing a form titled "ShareYourArt Upload Form". Please take a moment to fill out the form, and your art will be reviewed and posted to the site within 24 hours.
This page is for anyone to request a category to be added into the ShareYourArt submission form. Please fill out the following form, and expect a reply within the next 24 hours.
On this page, you are able to post your personal art videos made by you. Maybe they can teach people how to draw better, the basics of art, or anything else you can think of! You may also send links to your favorite art videos from other websites.
To upload your art, you can either take a photo of it, or scan it to your computer. Of course, taking a picture is much easier, but scanning it will make it look much nicer.
How to upload from a camera:
Grab your camera and the plug that came with it that connects it to the computer. Connect it, go to "My Computer" and look for your camera in the list (It should pop up soon if it's not there already). Click on it, open up the folders, and search for your artwork. Once you find your art, right click it, click "send to", and click Desktop. Go to the ShareYourArt page, and click on the "browse" button. It should pull up a window that can help you look for your art. Since your artwork is on your desktop, go to the left and click the "desktop" button. Scroll through the list until you find your art. Click it, click OK, and your done!
How to upload from an SD card:
With an SD card, you will be following the same exact steps as the camera, except you will insert the card into your computer. Note: Not all computers have an SD card slot.
How to upload with a scanner:
With a scanner, you can either email it to yourself, or send it directly to your computer. I prefer emailing it to myself, and then downloading it from my email to my computer (it's your choice, but I am showing how to do it by email). Turn on your scanner. Put your artwork in the scanner. Make sure your email is set up through your scanner, and your scanner is connected to some type of internet. This will be easiest if you follow the instruction manual that came with your scanner. After you follow all of the directions, your art should be in your email inbox. Have fun!
