So, you are probably asking yourself, "Why does he do this for free?" Simple. I LOVE my area of study and part of my own vision is to help others achieve their goals. I have fun and enjoy helping people, and I have spare time, so I decided to take up consultation.

Okay, so you want some advice on dieting and training or a full fledge plan to meet your goals, whether it be becoming a shredded greek god or bulking to oblivion? No problem! -Weight, Height, Bodyfat percentage, BMR(If you have it)
-Diet status, are you on a diet now? Have you just come off one? Any major diets in the past?
-Training status, what kind of training do you typically do? Cardio?
-Why you are training: Athlete? Aesthetics? Other?

My name is Mark Maurer and I am a student at Clemson University majoring in Nutriton and Human Development. While I have no public or legal certification or licenses to show you, I am quite knowledgeable in the nutrition and fitness field. I have studied Lyle McDonald, Layne Nortan, Martin Berkhan and many research studies in my quest for knowledge.
