We had a fantastic 2009 Summer community gala, and we thank everyone for getting involved and attending.
And would love you to attend our 2010 community gala or any other comunity event we host. To book a stall please download a booking form by clicking the link to the right. --------->
We are always looking to expand our community events entertainment package and the number of people attending and taking part in our community events each year and next year we would love to increase the number of stall holders.
For example. Craft Stalls, Fun fair side stalls and any other stalls that are suitable for a community gala event.

The stall booking fee is only £15 for the full day and all money raised will go towards funding future community events. See the events page for our other community events MCP organise.
We do however, request that at the time you make your booking you will forward a deposit for £25 on to us with £10 being returned to you on the day of the event.
Should you not be able to attend you will receive your £25 back following the event if you give us more than 24 hours notice.
For non attendants who do not give us more than 24 hours notice no deposit shall be returned.
