Meet the Family
M & D Homes is a family owned and operated company between my husband, Melvin Cutter, and myself, Deborah Cutter. We have been building homes for 10 years and we love what we do. My husband works as the developer of our small company while I work as the builder. We started our homebuilding in the West Creek addition in Yukon, OK with twenty seven homes. After that we moved on to the Deer Run addition where we built another eighteen. Now, we are under construction in the Timber Creek Estates addition and have completed twelve houses thus far.
We are a part of the Oklahoma Homebuilders Association and all of our homes are Federal and State Energy Star Certified.
Our homes are built on a conventional foundation versus the pier and beam foundation used by many other builders.
We build custom and specialty homes.
We have built custom homes ranging up to four thousand square feet but the vast majority of our homes average between fifteen hundred and eighteen hundred square feet.
We also will cover up to four thousand in closing costs.
