After 20 years of classic solo guitar and flamenco, Gerard Wisniewski
attracted by the general music, chooses the flute and chamber music.
He joined the troop of Denise SAYEN for the operettas of the Castle
of Théoule, then the orchestra Symphonic Azuréen (the big
symphonies to the Debussy auditorium or to Palais des Congrès of
Juan-les-pins) and finally the monumental opera-ballet The Earth of
the Kings (more of one thousand participants on the scene of the
Palais ACROPOLIS of Nice!)
He turns then toward the improvisation, study the writing and the
harmony jazz and pass as a matter of course of the symphonic
orchestra in the Big Band of Jean-Charles HOLWEG in which he will
stay several years before writing the arrangements of the JAZZ then
OPEN sextet of to bring up his own quintet SWING FIZZ.
Inigo Kilborn, trumpet player, singer and composer, pass the first left from his career in
London where he plays with the most famous jazzmen of the capital as well as with
American visitors as the legendary trombonist Effie Resnick, pianist Jaki Byard and the
dancer / singer Will Gaines.
In England he founded two jazz bands :
A sextet "Where Did You Get Those Shoes " interpreting his
own compositions.
And a trio " We Three " playing jazz standards.
Now he lives in France (Var) and he created two groups :
the Inigo Quartet, and The Sextet Franglais.
He also continues to compose, to play and to record with several orchestras of jazz in
the region.
Stéphanie Valentin began playing the violin at 7 years and also studied the flute and piano. Graduate Conservatory Toulon, she
incorporates various classical orchestras. Meanwhile, she diversifies her repertoiry :
Eastern music, country, flamenco, Irish music, oriental, variety, soul, lounge, electronica, jazz manouche.
She participates as a gypsy violinist in the film "Jules and Jim" alongside Charles Berling as well as several albums, including those
of Eddy Ray Cooper, Sirenia, Alias, Richart Lesage. Electric violin, it is the first part of "Kool and the gang" at the Berlin Tempodrom,
participates in the clip "The flowers of eternity" of Harlem an played in the comedy musical "The Little Mermaid" by Christian
Schittenhelm.
She joined Jazz Pictures in 2009.
From Jazz to Gospel, Nathalie Mille began singing in 1994 a Gospel and Negro spiritual Band, and quickly became a soloist.
From Blues vocal to Heaven Singers, she performs regularly for 4 years before turning to jazz.
She creates Traffic Jam in 2008 and joined Jazz Pictures for a new musical adventure.
Double Bassist with a dynamic game as much as lyric poet, Michel Cerny
passionate by the art of the jazz trio, cheek in varied formations
( duet in the Big Band), through the different styles of jazz history
(Dixieland, swing manouche, hard-bop, modern jazz). It, for many services
in events, for private, in conservatory and music school.
He also frequents the index traditional French swing, musette,
and like to play the blues / rock, the funk, the French and international
variety and don't refuse an experience in classic orchestra. Michel
also accompanies on bass, guitarist Tony Petrucciani.
He participates in the quartet" Swing of winters" manouche,
tzigane (registration of a CD) and in the" KCB "trio, that plays Bill Evans.
He also plays the sousaphone: accompany, the orchestra of
News-Orleans of Olivier Leroy, the ODJB orchestra
(old dreamer jazz band), as well as the Tagajazz quartet and others
musical adventures.
Frederic Mennerat, drummer, tuner-factor of piano, composer and arranger (registered to the FRENCH
PERFORMING RIGHTS SOCIETY SACEM, since 1976, a work for Big band financed by the general advice of
the Coast of Armor 1988).
Of classic Culture, fascinated of music Indian, of Jazz but also of Funk, Drunk, Blues, Rock. Curious and of the
arge tastes : open and attentive to the styles" acid jazz ", "jungle" and other" world music ".
Since 1976, he s drummer in various formations of Jazz, of fusion, of rock, of folk, he also accompanies singers,
plays piano, keyboard and convenient fluently the C.A.M (computer assisted music).
He studied the classic percussions to the Conservatory of Paris XVIII (Mr Chazal), the composition and the
improvisation to the Martenot school (Paris) and did various practicums jazz in the Berklee college of music (Boston).
He did several seminaries (with Dave Liebman (Quest) in Montpellier, Vienna, as well as the training of the Indian
music with the practice of tablas and of the song directly in India and made some studies to the CNR of Toulon
and he got the D.E.M. of jazz drums and the first price of jazz drums with Ruddy Piccinelli, arrangement with Nicolas
Folmer, harmony jazz and "band project." There after he decided to teach the battery, held a shop of C.A.M (computer
assisted music) for young peoples in difficulty and created his own school ofdrums in 2007 in Callian (France, Var).
His rich experience, his swing, his monitoring, and his big capacity of interaction make of him a exceptionnal drummer.
