A letter from Bob Thompson to all High Noon fans;
After 27 years in the Twin Cities music scene, High Noon will stop playing at the end of October of this year. We prefer to say “stop playing” instead of “breaking up”. When you hear of a band breaking up, you immediately wonder about the turmoil that must be going on within the group. This is simply not the case with us, which is one of the reasons this is actually a difficult decision.
The band is as good as it has ever been, the members and crew are like family and are enjoying the shows more than ever, and even in this economy, our fans still come out every week and give us great crowds to play for. Being on stage and providing quality entertainment has always been our passion, and it is so incredible to see everything come together so well night after night. You, our fans, make us love what we do.
