The President and Project Manager, James Hamilton, a state certified general contractor also play the integral part of the decision making process with all authority duly noted, coordinating daily between the partners of the project (owner, architect, contractor). His experience includes project management, contracts, structural and interior build-outs, MEPS and close relationships with the City of Miami Building Department. Our strongest asset in the design team is the ability to work together with a single vision of completing the project at hand with an emphasis on integrity, honesty and a sound working relationship among members.
Azure Design and Construction was created in 2004 through the vision of James Hamilton a Hollywood, Florida young entrephenour who decided to apply the experince he had compiled from his career as a general contractor with well known firms in South Florida and create a company which can built with high quality in precise time frame, mantainig low cost without compromizing integrity.

James's 14 years of experience in the construction industry give him the background to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects. He will have primary responsibility for all functional areas of the companys business including Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Preconstruction.
Prior the foundation of Azure Design and Construction Group, James accumulated a wealth of experience in the field constructing high-rises throughout Miami-Dade County.
James A. Hamilton III, Jamie, leads customer client development, contract management, public relations and new project pursuits.
Prior to joining the family owned and operated Azure Design and Construction Group, Jamie had more than 50 years experience in the construction field. Over the last 30 years, he has managed the surveying departments for CCL Consultants and IBI Group and is responsible for the development of many Minto, Arvida and Lennar communities in South Florida.
Additionally, he has been the President of the Broward County Chapter of Professional Land Surveyors. The strong relationships that he has built during his time in the South Florida construction industry has made Jamie an invaluable team member and leader.

Ing. Smith Villafane and Arch. Jair Palmera both have their construccion firms establisihed in Colombia and with a track behind of doing road work for INVIAS the gubernamental entity in charge of the construccion and maintenence of all the roads in Colombia.
Mr. Palmera is bringing his knolowdge in the architectural and desing field while Smith is backing the group with all his expertise as a civil engineer. With this sucessful fusion Azure is expanding his frontiers to continue building the future with excelence in other communities.
