RedStick Studios is currently under development. At this time we offer a short list of production services to the film and television industries; including picture edit, sound edit in surround, HD camera rental and a composer's suite.
In late 2009, Redstick will complete Phase 1 of construction, including a state of the industry scoring stage, 3 additional picture edit suites and a Quantel Pablo. with a Neo interface for film finishing. Redstick will also offer complete G&E.
In early 2010 Redstick will set up the first picture of its co-production financing division with several more pictures to follow from high profile industry players.

Current Assets
Redstick Studios currenty offers a variety of assets and services for film, television and related productions. We offer 4,500 sf of production office space with secure access. We are centrally located next to an extended stay hotel as well as a variety of restaurants.
We also offer an HD camera package, a Final Cut Pro Studio edit suite in combination with a ProTools Surround room. Plus we offer a basic ProTools LE Composer's Suite.

Redstick Studio Developments, LLC is building a $665 million film and television facility across three campuses in the Baton Rouge area. The first campus is on the grounds of Southgate Towers. This facility will be a standalone, one stop media production center with full preproduction, production and post production elements.
Future plans include a 100+ acre campus with 18 soundstages and full production support on the eastern border of the parish. The O'Neal campus will also have complete prep, production and post facilities, along with visual effects production. A third campus will be developed in proximity to LSU.
A large part of our business model is a co-production film fund. Redstick will finance some portion of projects from independent producers.

Co-Financing Model
Redstick Studios will offer co-production and co-finanacing opportunities to producers. At this time, Redstick will partner on its first production in the Spring of 2010.
Redstick is looking to co-finance films that have a significant portion of its funding in place and is in need of equity, gap or distressed film fuding. Projects we would consider must have completed its development and be ready to begin production. Please use the Contact form to submit a proposal.
