The McKibbin Street Fair is a one day festival of artists, musicians, & performers organized by AKA Potion Cafe in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
It is also a celebration of the sense of community and lifestyle that the burgeoning Bushwick arts scene has to offer.

AKA Potion is a tiny coffee shop in Bushwick where artists find sanctuary while drinking organic, fair-trade coffee and eating delicious homemade food. The cafe relies on the support of the many residents of the McKibbin lofts to stay in business.
The cafe vows to actively support the community by offering a free space all year long for artists to gather and present their work. AKA Potion Cafe hosts an open mic every Monday, a donation-only pasta dinner and film every Tuesday, a Jazz Jam session every Thursday, a comedy show once a month, concerts on Fridays or Saturdays and a monthly Writers' club. Our policy is never to take commission from artists and to always be hospitable to travelers.
