About us
RSS was founded in 2009 and is based on City Road five minutes away from Sheffield City Centre.
We aim to cater for all genres of music with professional recording. We host several different types of Popstar parties and we also host sessions that can be purchased as gifts for the amateurs that want to feel like a popstar for the day.
Other services include :
Voice-overs for video , video-games.

Children's Parties Children's Parties Popstar party
Do your Children want to become pop stars for the day? Have an experience they will not forget in a hurry?
Why not book one of our magnificent Childrens party activities and their dreams will certainly come true. Here at Recording Studio Sheffield we provide an impressive activity for the kids and a hassle free experience for the parents. We understand it can tricky to organise a day that is exciting for all the kids, be reassured this party will defiantly be the saviour.
Structure of the day
•The children record a song from the birthday child's choice as a group. This includes solo parts from individuals within the recording.
•The recordings are recorded four times to make sure we capture the best bits from each take. (duets are recorded separate to this)
•The track is then mixed and mastered
•Whilst this is happening the children design their own CD front cover.
•Go home with their own CD as well as a partybag!
Price
£15 per child
Minimum 8, maximum 12 children as group
50% deposit will be required upfront on booking
RSS top tip: Get all the kids together beforehand so they can practise their song and really get in the mood!

•Our Studio sound engineer will mix down your tracks, mastered onto a CD to your requirements.

Stag/Hen Parties Stag/Hen Parties
Want to do something different for your hen/stag doo?
Here at Recording Studio Sheffield we can help with our Hen/Stag party package. Just imagine during the best man speech if the song you have created gets played, this is far more creative than a poorly written best man joke.
Plan for the day
This party package lasts for 2.5 hours and during this time two song recordings of your choice will get recorded and professionally mixed. We believe this is a great package and it will give you a keepsake to remember. Drinks and refreshments including bucks fizz will be served during your time at Recording Studio Sheffield to enhance the atmosphere and get you in a party mood before you hit the town.
We will need to know the song choices prior to recording where we will provide the song lyrics on the day as well as emailing the lyrics to the group before the party starts.
Each member of the group will receive a CD with both tracks on to remember this moment by. All members of the party will be able to have a sing along and then for the solo parts you will be able to pick who you want to be as the budding soloist.
This is something different and we will guarantee that you will have a blast.

•10 minutes waiting for guests to arrive
•2-3 minutes - explaining health and safety details and also explaining how the recording process works.
•1 hour - recording first song - 4 times per group and picking out solo parts for each person
•15 minutes drinks refreshments break
•45 minutes - record same track with same structure as first track. Guests can either leave with CD's on the day or sent by post.

This package lasts for 2.5 hours and during this time two Christmas song recordings of your choice will get recorded and professionally mixed. We believe this is a great package and it will give you a keepsake to remember. Voiceover Voice-over
Recording Studio Sheffield offers a wide range of corporate work and we can make voice over adverts come to life. We can offer our expertise to ensure the advert is perfect for the job. Here at Recording Studio Sheffield there is no glass roof and the sky is the limit. Previously we have worked with Blundells to compile a professional telephone hot line where a female voice over artist was used to record different menus for there telephone hot line.
Plan for the day
Recording adverts are simple, where you can come with a script and we simply record it and Recording Studio Sheffield will edit the recording to ensure the recording sounds its best. We offer guidance and advice on how to deliver the lines to suit each individual advert to ensure the advert creates maximum impact. The voice over can be edited with music and video to give it a catchy twist and make the advert memorable to stay in the minds of consumers.
Prices
Our prices are competitive and may vary due to the work. For a full day appointment which will consist of Ten hours studio time with editing will be £250.00, Recording Studio Sheffield can also produce and create music to suite any advertising need.
Once the advert is finished we can compile it to any file type wanted and then can be saved to a CD for ease of use. Radio adverts are a great way to attract new customers and with our help recordings will come to life and you will not be disappointed for choosing Recording Studio Sheffield.
