Matthew Ciprich
Matthew Ciprich was raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania in a very entrepreneurial family. His grandfather owned and operated a trucking firm that had over 100 drivers and 600 trailers where his father still works, and his Uncle owns and operates the largest natural stone distributor in the country, supplying flagstone to many of the national monuments. At a very young age, Matthew was involved in the operation of these firms, including dispatching, warehousing and maintenance of the equipment. These experiences laid the groundwork for the work ethic and values that he employs within RockSolid.
Matthew holds a bachelor degree from Drexel University in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA degree from Villanova University. He is president and co-founder of RSP, and is responsible for overall management of the firm. His career has included extensive experience in all facets of the industry. He started practicing engineering for Sunoco and eventually completed a total re-branding of all NASCAR fueling facilities for Sunoco when they became official fuel of NASCAR. He moved from Sunoco to Five Below and was the director of design, construction and facilities, and was directly responsible for the design and construction of 50 stores within two years.
In 2006 when he started RockSolid, the original focus was on assisting firms execute their construction goals through planning, design and management, however, it was quickly determined that full execution was required. This shift spawned the hiring and utilization of carpenters, site managers and miscellaneous labor. These resources helped to complete the McFaddens restaurant expansion at Citizens Bank Park, Evolve Telecom office fit out, New Balance retail stores, , Gulf Oil re-branding, Villa retail stores, Valero re-branding and Five Below retail stores, making Matt uniquely qualified for any challenge.
Marshall Lenz
Marshall Lenz has worked in construction for 18 years. He has achieved a Master Carpenter distinction through building log homes, Wilkes Barre Yankee Stadium Expansion, dozens of office fit outs and retail expansions. He Joined RockSolid initially as a subcontractor and proved to be an invaluable resource in the field by completing a Villa store in less than two weeks, allowing them to open for the Memorial Day Weekend.
Today Marshall manages all of RockSolid's Construction Activities and crews. His responsibilities include supervision of the site foreman, subcontractor management, permit management and site turnover & completion.
Marshall's skills and services are second to none with customers asking for his services on any "pet" project, ensuring that their needs are met.

James Lenz
Jim came to RSP in November of 2006. He is extremely well versed and experienced in all aspects of the construction industry. With more than 30 years experience of complete ground up construction, including building dozens of log homes and other residential projects from Florida through New York. He has also completed multiple retail, office and petroleum projects and currently manages all aspects of the branding and imaging groups for RSP.
Jim actively seeks all project approvals, organizes all labor and executes his projects within a few days, bringing signs, structural changes and cosmetic materials and equipment together seamlessly, allowing for sites to remain open during their transition without compromising safety, cost or quality.

Vincent Tinari
Mr. Tinari came to RSP in July of 2007. He holds an associate degree in estimating and project management. His focus has been running the back office operation of our Wayne, PA office. He is extremely well versed and experienced in all aspects of the construction industry. With more than 30 years experience of complete ground up construction and retail construction experience, Mr. Tinari has proved to be an invaluable asset to many of our clients.

Lori Ciprich
Lori and Matthew started the firm together in 2006. She was raised in an entrepreneurial family in the Main Line area of the Philadelphia region. She utilizes her purchasing and selling experiences through management of employees, back office support and marketing of RSP. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College and MBA from Rosemont College. Additionally Lori serves on the Maternity Care Coalition board, completed one year of service for the Urban League of Philadelphia and is an active member of the church.
She participates in the bidding, pre-construction, employee relations, accounting and marketing of all construction projects.
