RockSolid Partners, LLC started in 2006. The initial goal of the firm was to offer emerging retail and restaurant firms with full-scale development services aimed at assisting full-scale expansion.
2006 was a successful year, gaining multiple customers and aiding in the development of over 25 sites, ranging from petroleum stations in Ohio to retail stores in Virginia, additionally we assisted in the launch of a total re-brand. Our revenues were based entirely on consulting fees.
In 2007 our customers requested that we begin offering construction services along with management. Our first project was a Sneaker Villa location that needed to be open within three weeks to meet the Memoriald Day sales. The project entailed carpentry, asbestos remediation, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing and carpentry/fixturing. The actual project was a success with the final touches being installed a few hours before opening. That same year we opened multiple projects for Sneaker Villa, Five Below, remodeled locations for Manhattan Bagel and Valero Energy. In late 2007 we began performing site work, including curbing and sidewalks for GPX Realty.
In 2008, with our focus on construction, we built numerous retail locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Our projects ranged widely in scope and budget, they included a data center, restaurants, office fit outs and various site work projects. Our revenues grew by 3x compared to 2007 and 300x over 2006.
In 2009 we have further expanded our services, aiding a restaurant startup from Seattle with their concept in Philadelphia, as well as the expansion of McFadden's at Citizens Bank Park, documented on CN8 as well as many other news sources. Although many development projects have stalled, we continue to grow and we assist our customers in any needed capacity, such as remodeling apartments or minor fence extensions. We have also joined multiple organizations to assist with our management, sales leads and general business consulting. It is our desire to provide memorable and lasting experiences for our customers, thus we are always trying new ideas and expanding our knowledge base.
