Matthew was born in Stoke on Trent and trained at The Michelle Moss School of Dance before winning a scholarship for Liverpool Theatre School, where he graduated with a National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre (level 6) Trinity.
Matthew Ellison is a strong, versatile musical theatre performer with an excellent ability in dance. He is especially strong in jazz and tap; He was the first male to ever tap in Liverpool Theatre School's West End Showcase.
Matthew has worked with numerous choreographers and directors throughouth the UK. Matthew just spent 9 months at sea on board the Thomson Spirit as a featured dancer/singer.
