We work on the remote support sytems and use a recognised worlwide software to help gain access to your computer. Sounds scary I know, but its secure and at anytime you can see and chat to us. And if you prefer, you can end the remote session yourself at the click of a button. We feel that if you are satisified with the work carried out then a fee of £40 is charged....great value I know!!
