Making your Session Beneficial:
You will benefit more if you hydrate well by drinking water throughout the day and do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours before your session.
* Please arrive 5-10minutes if this is your first appointment. There is a client intake form for you to fill out before your session or you can print it, fill it out and bring it with you or email it before your session.
