"... helping one family at a time!"
Our Purpose empowers at risk and economically disadvantaged children and their families through community collaboration, corporate partnerships and grants.
Our Mission is to assist youth through the metamorphosis of being an
“at risk” child who is academically, financially and socially disadvantaged into a
“Complete Child” who is a youth which believes in self, sets and obtains goals and is positive about their future and community.
Heart & Soul provides at risk youth with supplemental nutrition, clothing, and academic supplies which focuses on a child’s physical needs to enable the child to then focus all energies on excelling academically and interpersonally.
Our Vision is to improve the quality of our children’s lives and supply these children and their families with the tools necessary to become self-sufficient and strengthen themselves mind, body and spirit.
