We are a field service engineer formed company, so we have a different perspective to sales led companies.
We offer a transparent repair service to the Southeast UK.
We found companies spending allowances on hardware & support being constantly reduced, so we offer a pay as you go repair service to reduce overheads on expensive service maintenance contracts.
We also found that equipment was now much more reliable, so pay as you go repairs & servicing is very cost efficient.
We were seeing companies upgrading equipment before it was required.
We found alot of people were thinking more environmentally and thus wanting to repair instead of replacing.
We found courier costs were becoming more reasonable making it possible to start our UK wide printer repair service.
With office machinery now becoming network linked within the modern office we expanded our technical team bringing in computer & telephone systems engineers, allowing us to offer UK wide laptop repairs and on site repairs and maintenance to telephone systems.
To help the environment further we brought onboard the expertise to repair pcb's to component level, allowing us to repair our own faulty pcb's & to offer UK wide board repairs.
