I'm from the US, currently living in Ukraine. I know its difficult to meet and fall in love with a Russian woman, but I'm living proof that it can be done. I'm happy and very glad that I took the first step, even though it was a very big one.
There's a lot of hurldles to navigate, but in the end, I found it to be worthwhile.

Let's be honest. Finding a wife or girlfriend from Russian, Ukraine, or any of the Former Soviet Union states is, to be bluntly, not an easy task. It's not quick, cheap, and can try your patience. However, it is still quite possible.
If you're looking for something easy, please, go a different direction. If you're just looking for a good time, there's a lot easier places to look. I'm not trying to scare you away, only being honest. If you're ready and willing then let me tell you how I can help. First, I'm not an expert on Russian affairs. However, we have very honest, reputable agents throughout Russian that can assist you. We all work togethor. If you decide to come to Crimea, then I'll be able to help you personally. I can still assist you in translation needs and getting you hooked up with the right people if your journeys take you to other areas of the world.

Physically coming to Sevastopol
If you're going to come to Crimea, you must fly into Simferopol, as it's the main airport of Crimea. It's approximately an hour drive to Sevastopol. 80km. Once here, you'll need a place to sleep. Firstly, you need to understand that this is a tourist town for many Russians, so prices are very seasonable. Accomodations are also subject to availability. Summer months are the busiest. An average top of the line hotel is going to cost approx. 800-1000 grivnas. (About 120-150.00 US dollars) A apartment can be rented for abit cheaper, in the 300-400 grivnas per day range. Remeber, the accomodations aren't up to the same standards as you'll probably be used to, but they're fine. I've stayed in hotels here, and didn't have any complaints or problems. Eating and most everything else is comparable to what you will be used to paying. If you can speak Russian you'll find your way around much easier, otherwise you'll need a translator, as there's not many English speakers here.
