BIO My Experience
Currently in Law school...
From her modest beginnings Marie-Ali looked at the world as an open book. A vast library of some sort. She often used books, music, writing, and movies to escape. Unlike many of the children around her Marie-Ali turned the things that she saw, heard and dreamt into stories, characters, and productions.
Her creativity wasnt enough to keep her a float in the business world. So, in 1999, Marie-Ali set off to the Big Apple to intern at Arista Records. It was here that Marie developed her work ethics and professionalism. As they say if you can make it there you can make it anywhere! After spending several summers in New York City, she fell in love with the entertainment industry and all the creating it had to offer.
With mere drive and persistence she generated work in the entertainment world as a market manager, a personal assistant and event planner. She has worked with Shawn Williams of Elusive Inc, Big Eastside Will, Greddy of ShoNuff Records, Greg Street, Coors Light, Def Jam and others. She is passionate about every opportunity whether it’s planning an event, hair & makeup, or consulting for an artist.
