Hmm, where do I start? The beginning might be a good idea! I remember a few years back when one of my girlfriends predicted I'd be using my abilities full time; I didn't believe her. But a bit later on I decided to give it a shot. I started reading for the public at seventeen but it wasn't very busy, if I did ten readings per month it was just fine then I moved to Toronto at nineteen to experience on life. It went well but after three and a half years I moved back home. I was in debt and still wasn't going anywhere with my dream career which at the time was modeling/acting. Believe me, there were great times but it clearly didn't pay the bills. Almost twenty three years old walking with my head down like I had failed on something that meant to me. It was clear that this was not what I was meant to do but what in the world was it? I thought. What could Marc do that meant something? I had that question throughout an entire summer while working in construction with my uncle which was 100% not my career path; Marc and a hammer don't go along very well lol, if you see me with one RUN! (chuckle) The day I quit I thought maybe if I should help people with the abilities I was born with! Psychic/Medium, 1 hour Reading $20 along with my phone number and printed 400 of them to deliver door to door. The phone never rang for a few weeks and suddenly a woman calls inquiring about the reading. I wanted to sound like I was a busy guy so I told her Friday at 4 sounds fine with me! Friday came and there was a problem, she thought I was too young to do this and was ready to leave; when I told her that her father was beside her, I gave her his name and that if she believed age mattered then to go straight back home. She took her shoes off and followed me to continue the reading. Five years later, I signed with a manager and open an office in Ottawa. I toured with the National Womens Show in three major cities and will be a recurring guest on center stage, major radio & television appearances and a waiting list of almost 2000 people for future readings! For a solid three years, people who came through my door would have the same thought How long have you been doing this? You're so young! One of the biggest reasons why I dealt with the biggest skeptics out there since all were curious what I would tell them. Most were believers but when they saw a young lad open the door it made them triple think about spending their money for what they thought was a joke. Perhaps thats why my abilities are on major demand. Im young, fresh and great personality along with it and ready to face to world as a Messenger.
Last November I was on stage for the National Women's Show in Toronto and when that was done, I drove back home on the 401. I decided to stop to buy coffee and go to the bathroom. I park my car at the usual spot which is at the end of the parking lot since I love the walk. Normally I go to the bathroom first then go buy my coffee but that day I had a hard time deciding but went on by doing my usual, bathroom then coffee! Well on the way out of the bathroom about twenty people stood there with pen/paper and camera in hand. I didn't do anything since I thought they were waiting for someone else, why would they want me? A woman walked close to me and said Marc Jade? I had sunglasses on, hair was a mess and I wasn't wearing my best clothes either but I answered that this was my name! She said that she saw me on television and that she saw my show in Toronto. I was shocked! Then they asked for autographs and pictures, I thought it was a joke but went along with it. Then the domino effect happened, these twenty people created attention in the place and more people approached me wondering who I was and took pictures as well, plus I didn't have my coffee yet! I'm thinking how will I do that now? A guy about 6 feet 4 came over and asked "Do you need help? I worked in the security before. You need anything?" I gave him two dollars and said "Extra large double double please!" He gave the two dollars to his girlfriend/wife to buy me a coffee while he walked in front of me going through the crowd.
Once I got my coffee and walked outside thats when I realized! Damn, my car is so far away LOL. The security guy walked up to my car with me and I gave him twenty bucks and a big thank you. I drove away thinking how could this be? I appeared on Breakfast Television and center stage at the national women's show. Its a big deal to me since I'm accomplishing what Ive wanted for a long time but the impact I make on people is greater then I expected. Im very fortunate to be doing what I do but many times I have no clue how much impact I give on people which is probably the reason why I'm so grounded, I do my work and as long as people are satisfied then Im happy. The reason why I titled this article "Intersection" is because I want everyone to visualize their path on a road, lets say downtown of a major city. Vehicles will be humans walking instead of driving and at some point during your walk you'll come across with an intersection providing you an emotion/situation that you need to face in your life. This situation gives you the chance to meet a person, an alcoholic, a drug user or even a manic depressive although at first glance the person looks fine. Time passes; weeks, months and a year later you realize that you have met someone who you swore you wouldn't want to meet, especially if they are using substance portraying their weakness. Both your paths have connected at a certain point in your lives and there's nothing you can do about it but to keep going and wonder why you met this person in the first place, wrong time wrong place? If one of your missions in this lifetime is being a listener or a peacemaker it would make total sense as to why you've met this person since you are there to help. You didnt' choose this path, the path chose you; and at times situations may arrive that you may not want to deal with but deep in your heart you feel that you must help.
Everyone meet people and situations for a reason. Some lose a family member by death and some are being abused but the real question is why a person must go through that? What I've been told from the above is that everyone going through this situation must face this kind of situation to finally fulfill their path/mission in this lifetime. At first I thought it was harsh but if you think about it, your soul must learn and face every kind of situations life may bring; it just so happen that in this lifetime the soul may need to deal with the fact that you lost your parents earlier in your life and move on with your life. While the deceased previously cross paths with a wife/husband and had kids, all of their paths have crossed at a certain point either by coincidence and by birth and all of them must deal with those situations on a different level. If you're parents have passed, they needed you for support and love while you needed them to give you life. Paths intertwine all the time, it can be positive or negative reasons but all I know and hope that this message come across to everyone wondering about this is every time you meet someone, it can be for a minute or hundred years; there is a reason. Take a family that has nine children plus their parents and a parent has cancer; everyone in the family must work together as a team, and everyone's paths are somewhat on the same level at this point since their mission is to work as a team.
Then you have someone who their only purpose in this lifetime is to be a drug addict, and hurt themselves with things that may end up killing them. Its true that a life like this can be extremely difficult but that's what the soul must go through and it will affect everyone surrounding this person and these people's soul will have acknowledge that they have met a person with critical issues; either they will help them or not only they will know deep inside. Finally its to share that one persons experiences affect all those directly involved with them and will have their soul mark a check on the list of the situation accomplished good or bad. Marc Jade
I will share a little story that truly inspires me today. When I was younger I would hear a womans voice in my dream and I'd see another lady, it was my guide and I'd asked her who was the woman I kept hearing but she couldn't tell me since I would find out soon enough. I'd have the same dream over and over a few times a year. Then in November 2007 a woman calls to book a reading and I froze. It was the voice I have been hearing in my dream, the exact one. Her name is Kathy Tasse and we talked for a long time over the phone and finally I asked her to come over with a friend for a reading on a Saturday and it was free. She couldn't believe it. Normally I don't do readings on weekends but I had to see her as soon as possible. Finally its Saturday and she arrives at my house with her friend; I hadn't told her that she was special to me since I didn't want to scare her away. I gave her the reading and she left. We had so much fun but I didn't know why I had her voice in my dream for so long. A few months passed by and I remembered thinking that if it was meant to be that I would see a sign as to why I kept hearing her voice. And thats when one night I dreamt of the same voice, but this time my guide told me that Kathy was the one who would help me throughout my journey. At first it took me awhile to figure out why I needed her help and finally I had an idea. So I called Kathy and asked her if we could go for a coffee to talk and she agreed!
So on another Saturday afternoon she calls me and asked if I wanted to come over for dinner and of course I accepted. I drove to Kathys house and met her husband; right from the start I felt like I was fitting in, I was really comfortable. We sat in her backyard talking and that's when I asked her flat out if she wanted to be my manager. I didn't want to tell her about my dream yet but I felt it was the perfect time to ask her. She smiles and said Really? You would want that? Then Yes I would love too. The following weeks we met a few times again to draw up an agreement contract and started working together. She had managed a music band before in New York City and has had experience in television and radio. So Kathy, guess what? The contract we signed together was only on paper but really you're stuck with me for life! (Chuckle) MARC
I will take the risk and write about skepticism. One who refuses to think outside the box! Its been said many times; once a skeptic always a skeptic but why are they spending so much time and money trying to prove the opposite? You may agree that when mixing a person who thinks with his right side of the brain with someone who uses the left side would clash. As far as taking any serious conversation about the paranormal for instance; right away its expected that the person who thinks with the right side of the brain knows they are right and will go to any length to prove his/her case. Regardless how different we are in our beliefs there is one thing we all have in common. Believe it or not; we should all have a touch of skepticism in our personalities so we can seek further and wider for the truth in each case. In all probability, a devoted skeptic is looking for the same thing while exposing the many sensationalists and get scams that are so prevalent in our society. There will be skepticism everywhere and all the time which is good since its giving every belief a balance. Life, work, energy work, spirituality is all about balance; if there is none; one side will be unhealthy mentally, spiritually and physically since small or big changes will occur. Just by observing the world these days with a bigger thought in our horizon; many people still do not believe a man once walked on the moon, most thinking it was all a stage act in Hollywood.
When talking about skepticism there is always a limit to where you should change subject in the debate and or conversation since the next subject intertwining with skepticism is religion. We all know that religion can be talked forever and mostly will never end since there are so many opinion one could never record in their brain and go to sleep safe and sound. If we look in the paranormal side of the skepticism, some people are just trying to prove that there is no truth to life after death and when they experiment something for themselves they would say it was just my imagination, my eyes were playing tricks on me. If you are not skeptical you have no other choice but to keep your opinion inside and hope the subject will change. This is the reason why skeptics are so important to us who research and experiment with the paranormal. It is they who set the standards to which we investigators must strive to reach with our documentation. Without them we would have no reference or goal to work with. With them at least we know what we need to capture to provide a wide variety of evidence. As a psychic/medium myself, there is no use of reading for skeptics. Though I would definitely read for them if they are curious and would like to live an experience that could maybe, only maybe upgrade their beliefs into a wider aspect of life. While reading it never comes across to me that I need to prove something, I use wisely what I have been given to help people in need.
So why skepticism a word that will always carry on peoples live and why is it so frustrating at times when participating in debates? Because without another opinion there will never be an end to our questions and without having skepticism our challenges would be a lot less. Life is never easy nor some conversations about life, religion, and skepticism. We have to strive in our own possible way to hopefully try and make a difference with our research. Lastly, we should all carry a bit of skepticism in our journey, and not just about ghosts, spirits, or life itself. Believing too quickly just because someone says its true is just as intelligent as being too narrow minded to believe anything that doesn't fit into one of the neat little cubbies they have built into their heads. Speaking only for myself, I rarely form an immediate opinion of anything I sense- I usually let my mind absorb it and let the spirit show a bit more. They aren't so different than the guy next to you in an elevator. You don't know him so to form an opinion based on first impression is often proven incorrect. Marc Jade
On a morning no different then others, you wake up, take a shower, eat breakfast and brush your teeth. Whatever job you do, you get dressed appropriately and leave the house. Last Friday you bought yourself a brand new motorcycle, happy to ride it for the first time to work but suddenly on your way to work you hit a bit of gravel and swivel and your body gets thrown off the bike making your body land in the ditch on your neck. You get up believing you only suffered a few scratches but you turn around and see your body crippled, its dead. No more life, just like that; its over. Your anger elevates hitting yourself on the head too many times to remember the count. The boss calls home since you haven't arrived which is unusual for you and your mother answers. She answers politely and says thanks for letting me know. Your mother calls your cell phone. Its in your bag, its ringing but you can't pick it up; you try multiple times but you can't; you're dead. Your spirit goes home to tell your mother what happened but no one hears you. Few hours go by and the police are on the search for you, lasting for hours and still no sign of you. Family and friends are terrified to hear that the following day, a man walking his dog found your body.
The news is given to your family and now its time for them to arrange funeral arrangements but your spirit is still there with anger. You can't believe you are seeing your own funeral, hearing their speeches, seeing flowers, pictures, and people crying. Nothing you can do but to witness the light after your funeral is complete. Its too quick to crossover therefore you refuse the invitation to cross to the light. You have unfinished business, words to express but how will you do that? Time will tell, but believe me that karma still works even when you are passed so patience! Someone will see your signs. Live life like its your last since this could be you. No one is ready to die but there's always a way to forgive and to love while you are still alive! Marc Jade
I'm sitting here at 2:15 in the morning thinking about how funny life really is. Knowing that your soul can only be fulfilled by its true destiny when you have a healthy mind and body that's attached to it, you're happy, confident and proud of whom you truly are to complete one of many missions in this lifetime; but my question is, how can someone always be on at all times? You can't is the answer. You have your ups like you have your downs throughout your life, but what triggers your downs? Could it be your soul warning you to slow down you're working too hard? Or could it be all part of the process? I say all of the above since it is part of the process; if you wouldn't have your downs; this means you wouldn't have your ups! When you look at your house, how do you know for sure its the one you want? What makes you believe that you won't happily sell your home in the next ten years? Then you have your relationship; is he/she truly yours for life or are you only granted twenty years together? What else can you think about but to live day per day and wish it would last for a lifetime. What will this relationship teach you? Is it how love truly hurts in the end when your other half cheats on you? Or is it that you'll live how love truly must be?
Some graduate from prestigious schools and so finish what is necessary to function in this lifetime. Everyone is different just like the names people are being given, you can share the same name but you can't share who you truly are inside. I work as a messenger, helping people in need and fulfilling their curiosity for some or give them a challenge to think about when they go to bed. Everyone has a price to pay eventually; except this price has nothing to do with money but emotional and physical bills with no due date. But it is wise to pay it forward sooner then later since you could close yourself and file bankruptcy with your life. You feel sheltered, alone and no one to bring you back up although there is, you just can't see them. You're blind so how can you find your passion you once had? You're blind so how can you find love once again? You're blind and how do you know what it is you have to pay? Do you need pills and therapy to get out of this personal bankruptcy with your life or do you start from scratch? Try to think of your main mission in life. Is it to share your life with someone and commit to a long lasting relationship? Are you messenger or a listener? Are you a career person or are you a peacemaker?
Think of what you are suppose to do in this lifetime, why do you think you were granted this life? There must be an answer to all of this and there must be a way to fulfill your true destiny. I believe letting everything go and trust that the universe will slowly bring you there. With time it will bring you the people you need, your emotion and your true you. If you are a listener you'll find the people you need to listen to. You are a messenger; you'll find the people you need to give a message or support. You are a career driven? I'm sure you'll see the light once you believe that the power of wanting and needing will commit to you. Without the soul there wouldnt' be a body, that's how robots are made. There's energy but no soul. You remove someone's soul, you have the person lost, empty and ready to give up their true mission. The only way you can remove a soul is to give the key to your car which is your life. You want someone to drive for you? If you're lucky you'll witness a miracle but if you're not, you'll end up in the ditch and the driver will leave you there. Some have patience and some don't and this driver might not have any. You've given your soul, what should you do? Find your key and start driving right? Sounds easy? Its not. You now need to start studying yourself. What do you like/dislike, what are you interested in career wise, is it the politics? Business Relation? Fashion? Construction? What is it? You're heart will tell you if you trust in it.
Describe yourself and what would you change if you had all the power in the world? But what if you can't go back in time and need to start from where you left off. This moment is called a soul search, a rebirth! You worked all your life and then retire, then what? Is your mission complete? Are you still alive? If you are reading this article then you are alive! There must be something else you need to do! You need to master an art? Or go back to school? Open your dream business or look at the clock wondering when it will all be done. Treat yourself and be kind to yourself! Lastly, create your own time frame. You might be a person who wants to go slow and efficient then go fast and fall. Its true to say that risk takers could be more successful but that's them, not you. So learn about yourself, question yourself why you are here but mostly, know that you are not alone. Everyone is different but we are all humans. When you're car is wrecked bring it to the mechanic but remember to grab your key in the end. There is a price to pay but remember to wait for your receipt, since you've worked hard for it! Marc Jade
