We are a society aimed at promoting unity among the Malaysians in UK. Everyone is a part of our big family. The Malaysian Society organizes social/cultural events, such as Eid festival, Chinese New Year Dinner, BBQs in the park and many others. Culinary-based events such as these provide the opportunity for members to tuck into much-missed Malaysian fare and in turn, for non-Malaysian members to sample a taste of Malaysia. Other social events include dance parties, sports carnivals, theatre visit and picnic days held throughout the year.
Organised by INTED of Marjon, the International Night is always one of the highlights of the calendar. It is the magical night of melting pots and sharing of cultures, talents and entertainment. Bringing together the wide range of multi-cultural talents, the International students- namely the Malaysians, Spanish, Omani and others- work very hard to entertain the audience and it has become a tradition of fun, dance, song and bright lively colours.

Started as Malaysian Night, this event has always been successfully held in the UCP Marjon, Plymouth each year. Our aim is to bridge a gap between the Western and Eastern culture, while trying to let people know more about this little country Malaysia. Each year we improvise, and each year we try to get more people participating in this wonderful event. To sum up, this festival rocks!
