Time and date are to be arranged in advance. Private parties are available on Mondays and Tuesdays (any two hours), before or after regular skating sessions on Thursdays and Fridays, and Saturdays 10:00 am-12:00 pm or 5:00-6:30 pm. Any party scheduled to start after 8:00 pm will require an additional $60.00 fee for security and is due with party deposit.
$200.00 plus tax guaranteed minimum. Allows 50 skaters for 2 hours. Additional guests are $4.00 each. If you have under 50 guests, you only pay the $200.00 minimum.
A $75.00 deposit and signed private party contract are required 10 days prior to party date. If we do not receive your deposit and signed contract, you automatically forfeit your date and that booking then becomes available.
Cake and ice cream only allowed. No other food or drinks allowed.
Upon confirmation of your date, if for any reason you fail to show without reasonable notice in accordance with the private party contract, you automatically forfeit your $75.00 deposit.
Magic Wheels party invitations included free of charge. We also provide a free skating pass (for a free return visit!) for the exact number of your guests as a party favor from Magic Wheels.
