ABOUT OUR OLD HOLLYWOOD INSPIRED MOCK WEDDING
The theme of the wedding photo shoot was a bride exploring all of her options for the big day. With so many decisions to be made, sometimes the best course of action means trying them all! A variety of dresses, make-up, flowers, desserts and stationary were the key elements, with the style giving a nod to old Hollywood Glamour. Incorporating a few images of the flower-girls added some lightness and fun!
I really wanted to use the stunning Loose Mansion in ways that were unique. While the staircase is an iconic part of the space, I worked at finding new spots that would have the viewer seeing Loose Mansion in a whole new way. Through the use of lighting and form, GLAMOUR was the inspiration behind many of the poses and looks.

I have always been a very creative person and have always loved taking pictures. After planning my own wedding and realizing how important preserving memories were, I became more passionate about photography. I bought my first DSLR and never looked back. Today, I am so excited to be following my dream of being a photographer. I have a wonderful husband and two adorable dogs. I also love to work out, play volleyball, watch my tv shows, spend time with my family and enjoy life! I am located in Overland Park, Kansas and primarily shoot in natural light. I enjoy taking photos at various locations throughout the Kansas City Metro area.
