Vala OmarsdottirArtistic Director/PerformerVala is from Reykjavik (Iceland) where she began exploring theatre. Before gaining her M.A. degree in Performing from Central School of Speech and Drama in London (Graduated 2006) she trained as a performer in New York City for 3 years. Vala is currently studying at Goldsmiths College (Performance Making)Alongside with her Maddid productions, she has been working continuously as an actor and associate artist with the Footprint Project: "www.footprintproject.org" since 2007. She joined Bottlefed Ensemble: "www.bottlefed.org" in January 2008 and became an associate performer with Tangled Feet: "www.tangledfeet.com" in April 2009.
