Nobody deserves to be bullied, it can make you feel you have no friends and that you don't want to go to school. There are lots of people who can help if you're being bullied.

Find a time when your mum or dad or carer are not too busy and speak to them. You can tell a friend or someone like your gran or your brother or sister. You could write a note for your mum or your teacher. Tell your friends you need some help with work and then stay behind after school to see your teacher. Contact a charity like Bullying UK and ask for advice.
