Every Family, teacher, staff and member of the community are encouraged to join the M2M3 PTSA. We would love to have everyone participate. It can be for as little as one hour or as much time as you manage. Here are ways you can participate.

Join the PTSA
Membership is $6 per person. Membership is good for one school year.

Attend PTA Meetings
Quarterly PTA meetings are open to everyone. Executive Board meetings are open to everyone the 3rd Thursday
of the month at 6:30pm in the Media Center.

Stay Informed
Keep up each week with PTSA and School sponsored events and daily activities. Subcribe to M2M3 PTSA E-News .

Volunteer
In the main office, for field trips, attend School Improvement Meetings or all PTSA events. Volunteers are requested to use a school's designated computer to submit their registration on the WCPSS Intranet site...Our children need us!!! If interested, email Carla Popson .
Currently, volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Book Fair Volunteers during Gallery Walk, Dec. 2. Open House, Tues. Dec. 6: Parents are needed to help with 9am tour and 12 pm tour. Come help us show others how great Moore Square is! 8th Grade Parents to help with study trips on Dec. 7th and 9th. Need 3 parents each day from 8:15 am - 12:30 pm. Please contact Ms. Certa-Moore if available. One Co-Chair for the Basketball Game in January. There is a co-chair and committee already signed up to help you. Two parents to head up the Hospitality Committee for the 2012-2013 school year. It would be good to shadow the current chairs for some of the spring events. Media center . This can be done at any time to help shelve books, etc. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Contributions help fund the many things that the PTSA provides for M2M3 plus they are tax deductible!!! Please contribute whatever amount you can help fund the PTSAs activities for the school.
