Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the valid date and it cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher packages need to be pre-booked.
There is no charge for changing your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. After this time you may be charged 50% of the treatment cost if re-booked or 100% if cancelled - as our time is valuable to you and others. When making a booking with a gift voucher - a valid credit card number will be taken to secure the reservation.
Are a great idea for any occasion. Gift Certificates can be purchased in dollar amounts or for individual or group services. They may be purchased in the spa or over the phone and can be mailed or faxed.
