The L.T.S.I. has learnt a lot since its inception in 2004. Initially, we grew too fast and politics damaged us to a point where a number of our Instructors left.
We have now learnt from those mistakes and understand that Instructors must be looked after and shielded from the usual political rubbish that coaches often get exposed to. The L.T.S.I. is a family based group and is growing every day. We need I.T.F. Instructors and Black Belts to join our movement and rebuild our family, so why not jump on board.
The reason we are expanding is because our standards and coaches package is second to none to any group in the U.K. Our support system is here to take you to the next level.
You will need a Black Belt issued by one of the I.T.F's, be 21 years of age and have a car to drive to your new club. You MUST have a desire to work as a team player in the L.T.S.I. family.
We believe you MUST have a competitive nature, as this will turn you into a fantastic coach whose club will become one of the best in the L.T.S.I.

The benefits of joining the L.T.S.I. as a coach are that you become a member of our coaching staff, teaching authentic I.T.F. Tae Kwon Do and learning up to date improvements in the art from our senior Instructor and Masters above him.
L.T.S.I. Instructors get many benefits but, more importantly, they get the freedom to teach what they like (but must implement the L.T.S.I. syllabus inside their curriculum).
Our seniors and the Head Office do not watch over the coaches as everyone is equal, hence why we do not have any area managers / presidents, only an Executive board who look after the groups interest.
Licences:
You pay a set fee that never changes and this is used for many things, such as providing all the FREE stuff we provide every year to coaches. So you can see by paying in, you also get a lot back, unlike other groups where you get nothing in return
On joining us, you gain a licence to use all LT.S.I. logos and other items we have developed. All our clubs also get the chance to plaque up under the I.T.F., meaning you have full rights to use all I.T.F. logos legitimately.
Having your own plaque means all Black Belts are registered to it.
We fully understand that Instructors get fed up with their groups and may want to enquire with no strings attached, or sometimes may just call to see if their school will truly grow under our administration. We have no fancy thrills and will not push you into unwanted meetings and undue pressure like many. We call a 'Skype' meeting, but it is when we can all meet up and make decisions together as a group.
Of course some will speak badly about us, but they know nothing about us in reality as we have changed 100% in the last three years (we have learnt from our mistakes). Our events only promote professional standards, as with everything we host. We only work with I.T.F. practitioners, as past experience meant we faced many problems when coaches refused to work with the I.T.F. system or learn the system we teach.

If you contact us and we are out of the office, please leave your details and we will contact you at the earliest convenience. We do not poach coaches from other I.T.F. groups, but will look at each case on an individual basis. Ideally, we seek those that have resigned from their group / club already. We will always try and advise you to stay in your group, but will accomodate you if we deem your case is duly warranted..
