SUNEVIL ON DRUMSSunevil Lovechild began playing drums at the age of eight, inspired by major music heroes, while training in his hometown of Scranton, Pa. His early days behind the kit hinted at what was to come; not long after starting up the local scene and the founding sole hardcore band, releasing an album and shared stages with major groups of the genre. As he progressed, new listening brought him to venture towards alternative rock, bebop jazz, funk fusion, Latin and electronic music.Over the years, Sunevil has played some of the worlds biggest stages, from the famed Paradiso Theatre in Amsterdam to San Franciscos historic Fillmore Theatre, in addition to performing at numerous festivals including Lollapalooza, Harmony, Boom and New Orleans Jazz Festival. Sunevils inordinate musical versatility have afforded him a wide array of musical endeavours, playing drums for such esteemed acts as George Clinton of The PFunk All Stars and the Sun Ra Arkestra. He was also involved in forming a power trio group, Protection, who held international remixes on rotation with radio stations in San Francisco and LA as well as on soundtracks for film.Co-founder of Chilldren ov Paradise, formed in San Francisco then relocated to Tokyo, where they performed live for 3 years while co-writing, producing releasing music. Songs from this group can still be heard on movie soundtracks, MTV programming (USA/Japan), commercials and live streaming music channels such as Pandora.Lately Sunevil has been collaborating with many bands on drums including Stephan Jacobs, David Starfire, Ganesh (Dub Kirtan All-Stars), Sean PauL Cruz, & sometimes Cassidy Haley / Rebels. His latest project has been, playing a double bass specialty Jazz kit incorporating electronic triggers with LA-based dubstep producer, Stephan Jacobs, who has held #1 spots in the genre on BeatPort. DJ/ PRODUCERA performer and producer who delivers high energy sets with accompaniment of live percussion, vocals, and original music, blending sounds of electro-clash, tribal house, disco, 80's synth pop, and indie remixes. Other genres include an international mix of Cumbia, Balkan and Eastern European remixes.He began DJing the West Coast late into the 90's spanning from wild underground events to large venues and festival stages. Sunevil lived in Japan for 3 years, DJing at Tokyo Clubs and Mount Fuji festivals while he worked with a live based electronica group called 'Chilldren ov Paradise', drumming and producing music who had releases in Tokyo and the USA.He continues to appear at an array of events, sharing bills with internationally known artists such as MSTRKRFT, DJ Tiga, Lady Miss Kier, Peaches, Le Castlevania, Them Jeans, and Super Star DJ Keoki, to name a few.In 2010, Sunevil embarked on a 8 month tour of Europe including DJ sets at Boom Festival in Portugal, a jaunt in Ibiza, several clubs in Istanbul, Brussels, and the famous Paradiso Theater in Amsterdam.Sunevil is currently hard at work on a new original concept album to be released late this year in 2012.

VISUAL/ BODY ARTISTSunevil chose ART as a life style from an early age. He first began sculpting and painting early on in elementary school, which eventually led to studying and apprenticeships in everything from calligraphy to staining glass, etching, sculpting, painting, weaving, and much more. He continued his education at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Industrial Design Technology, which includes sculpture, special FX makeup and prosthetics.His very first airbrush was picked up in high school to create T-shirts for his band at the time.Years later, he can be found airbrush in hand around the world- styling and body painting from San Francisco to Tokyo, from Portugal to Istanbul, all the way to his current home-base in Los Angeles. His airbrush work has been featured on some of the country's biggest music festival stages, hottest photo ad campaigns, and major fashion show events with artists such as: David LaChapelle, Insomniac events including: Electric Daisy Carnivals, Nocturnal, Beyond Wonderland Festivals, plus 2 years with Exotic Erotic Ball-VIP & Asian Diva Model Stage, as well as BOOM Festival Portugal. Sunevil is currently available for airbrush and body painting art bookings based out of the Los Angeles area, but is also willing to travel. He is currently working on the Winter 2011 release of his accessory line and creative production project 10 years in the making by the name of 'QUILL'.
