Erin Greaves has always made it her mission to help in her community dedicating her expertise and insight to charities and causes throughout South Florida. Being a mother of three young boys, organizations focused on children have always driven her passion. She has served as a Pack Leader for Boy Scouts of America guiding community cleanups, food distributions and fundraising. She's designed unique fundraising programs nationally for not-for-profit organizations such as Pass the Wine which benefits Kids in Distress among others. She donates her services each year to promote the good deeds of FreeCostumesforKids.org a nonprofit that collects and distributes costumes for underprivileged for Halloween. Erin assisted in instituting wellness projects, fundraisers and fairs within elementary schools and even constructed a wellness manual to guide parents toward healthy living.
Love & Cancer her new motivation began in 2010, as a response to her own mother's diagnoses with terminal brain cancer. Erin's mother lost her battle with cancer just six months later and now Erin is even more dedicated to the cause. She brings hope to cancer patients with a service company that coordinates house cleaning, child care, meal delivery and transportation. The Benefit Card is the platform she developed to fund Love & Cancer and provide help to patients. It enables her to honor her promise to never take money from a cancer patient in treatment for any reason.
Erin's vision is that The Benefit Card will be the key to obtaining enriching adventures, services, products and educational experiences for growing families, while easing the burden of those suffering from any debilitating illness or disease. Erin possesses over 16 years of experience in advertising and marketing, a history that includes television, newspaper, ad design, internet, public relations, promotion strategies and non-profit event planning. Her Word Up Creative Group is inspired and maintained by family. It is run as a socially motivated business that maintains integrity, convenience, communication and heart in all aspects of its goals.
