Born and raised in Argentina, Lourdes moved to Italy at the age of 26, when she embarked on an adventure that she didn’t know how much it was going to change her life. She was supposed to go back home in a year time, but she found love (or love found her…...) and decided to stay on the other side of the ocean.
Photography has always been a hobby in her life, but the attention she was paying to it began to grow even more after moving to Rome, where the “scene” and the amazing “natural sets” made perfect sense to be photographed. Who wouldn’t be excited to photograph the most beautiful city in the world? But until then, photography was just a hobby. After 3 years of pasta, pizza and great wine, she moved to Brussels, Belgium, to enjoy the best chocolates in the world ( as you can notice, food and wine are also another big part of Lourdes’ life!! ) and there she decided to get serious about what she now likes to call “her passion”. She took her first photography class, and this is when the magic began…... She confirms that she doesn’t know why exactly she loves taking pictures, but freezing a moment and creating good memories, are maybe the entrance to this joy.
