Ballroom Smooth
The smooth dances are usually referred to as "Ballroom." Included are smooth dances such as the Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Quickstep. To learn the smooth dances, much discipline is required. Your body will learn to move gracefully and your mind will learn to express the music.
