Lotan Sapir Schur is a trained Mime, Contemporary Dancer and Actress. Trained since age 6 in South Africa, Israel and London UK. Since age 18 when doing her military service which involved working with teenagers in community centres across north Israel, Lotan got inspired and understood that there is a job to be done and that Artist's are capable and able to expand perceptions, to Create, Harmonize, to Inspire, to Dream and Make them a Reality.
As Artists what we do turns emotions, thoughts, dreams, feelings and beauty into a REALity, this has greater impact than even WE can Imagine at the time of creating and so started working in communities and sharing the skills of arts to give people the space to express themselves and have a say in their own individual way.
Lotan organizes and performs in Cabarets, art events and sight specific performances.Has worked with varies of companies such as Gecko Theatre, Punchdrunk and Secret Cinema , as well as varies of Music videos, film and street performance.
She continuasly researches and gives classes in Corporeal mime which is the art of the thinking body. With the help of the theatre ,expression ,sharing cultures and continually exploring the most interesting creature in this world- the man! We can then make the invisible visible and touch every soul!
