As with any great product, our services had to be arduously developed. Our services were forged in the fires of knowledge, shaped by skill and experience, tempered to strength by a vast variety of challenges and circumstances, and honed by competition. For Charles Lombino, this knowledge came from an excellent legal education, and early years at a large blue ribbon firm, learning the law of commerce and the jurisprudence behind it. Skill comes from years of experience striving to bring clients positive results. As an intellectual man, Charles has devoted much of his time to learning, always one step ahead of his industry and very well versed in a variety of commerce and law.

Seeing the world from the vantage of having been a company owner himself, as well as having been general counsel for large companies, Charles knows that with experience comes the ability to quickly adapt to whatever the world serves you.
The winged Angel Bear Seal is symbolic of our ideals. It is of Italo-punic origins, and sometimes identified as the “Ursus Beatus”. The bear stands for balance, dependability, wisdom, and strength. While the wings are an unlikely pairing for such a massive mammal, they exemplify our ability to rise above the morass to help our clients. The angelic aspects depict our devotion to obtaining justice for our clients.

Charles D. Lombino was born in Brooklyn, New York. He has resided in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, and has also spent time in San Francisco and Toronto, Canada. Charles attended High School in Orange County, California, during which time he played the Oboe as a member of the County Youth Symphony, he also played Saxophone for a local Jazz Band. As a member of the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the United States Air Force, he achieved the rank of Cadet Captain. Charles participated in many search and rescue missions, earning his wings at seventeen.
Charles attended College at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He was a three-year BA scholar, with dual majors and a GPA of 3.8. He received honors in both Political Science and Sociology. While attending college he was a member of the Northwestern Rugby Club, and The Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
After College, Charles received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. He was a law review staff member and placed in the top 15 percentile of his class. His high achievements awarded him several scholarships. He also served as a writing instructor in the School’s legal research and writing program, and was an intern for the Honorable David K. Williams, United States District Court.
Charles served as a president of the Italian American Lawyers of Los Angeles County, a former Judge pro tempore for the County of Ventura, a former member of the California State Bar Intellectual Property Section Board, a former member of the California State Bar Committee for the Administration of Justice (which reviews and advises on state legislation), and a former Arbitrator in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Residing in Nevada these days, Charles is currently on the Nevada State Bar Advertising Committee, and is a Board Member of the Las Vegas Sculpture Park, Inc., a non-profit organization. Charles is an advocate of several organizations and is always willing to contribute his assistants when called upon. Charles dedicates a significant amount of time on pro bono pursuits, as he believes in going above and beyond for those in his community.
It is Charles’ lust for knowledge, well-rounded life experiences and his accomplished career that has made him the man he is today. His appreciation of fine art, music, and travel, as well as his dedication to serving in his community, makes him more than a lawyer, but an accomplished business man, whose diverse skill set would be an asset to anyone he encounters.
